Such information may include, but is not limited to: your device internet protocol (IP) address, your login credentials, browser type and version, time zone offset settings and geolocation, CPU, screen resolution, device memory, system languages, installed fonts, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, full 'Uniform Resource Locators', clickstream to, through and from our platform (including date and time) and other technology on the devices you use to access our platform.

This encompasses your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses, products you viewed or searched for; page response times; download errors; length of visits to certain pages; page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs and methods used to browse away from the page).

This encompasses information about how you use our platform, products, and services.

Important Note: We do not collect any Special Categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

Children

A1 Fares does not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18 years of age, except if the minor is one of the travelers in a booking made by a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that a minor is attempting to submit personal data independently, we will remove this information from our records. If you are the parent/legal guardian of a minor who has given us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

If You Fail to Provide Personal Data

In case we have to collect your personal data according to law or under the terms and conditions of a contract with you (customer), and you don't provide the requested data, we can't complete the booking or service that we have or are trying to provide to you. Therefore, we might need to cancel a service or booking. However, in these types of situations, we will keep you informed.

Information You Voluntarily Submit

We may collect personal information from you such as your name or email address.
